With multiple massage and bodywork therapy options out there it's nice to know a little about the therapist you choose to join you in your pro-health practices. I'm all about folks living the best possible life they can.
The definition of Arukah refers to restoring soundness or wholeness. Biblically it has been translated to mean health, not just physical wellness, but health that encompasses the whole person. Arukah Massage and Wellness is designed to provide a quiet, healing atmosphere for the chronically stressed body, constantly active mind and overly tired soul. Through the combination of bodywork techniques each client receives a custom therapeutic experience.
In order to protect your health only organic and non-GMO lotions and oils are used. Essential oils are available to enhance relaxation, relieve sore muscles and boost the immune system.
Along with massage, craniosacral, and cupping services, education in general health principles, nutrition and basic exercise relevant to a person’s current health condition or concern can also be incorporated, making each session uniquely special.
Bringing over 35 years of nursing experience into my practice provides a clinical perspective to the art of healing through touch.
Encouraging people to rejuvenate physically, reenergize mentally and renew spiritually is the foundation of my business philosophy. Even though we are all designed a little differently we share the desire for optimal health. Let Arukah Massage and Wellness be a part of your journey to wholeness.

Arukah’s private massage suite provides a quiet, healing environment.
By incorporating several types of massage, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and more, each session is personalized to the client's needs.
Hot stones and aromatherapy are available with each session at no extra cost.
Pre- natal massage is available for moms-to-be.

Diane is AMAZING!! She has a great balance of deep tissue, nurturing, and relaxing techniques. She also offers craniosacral therapy, cupping, hot stones, and essential oils for a truly healing experience. I come out of there feeling refreshed, and completely relaxed. She has a vast knowledge of the body, including ailments and injuries, and can find the problem areas/blockages without being told where to go. I have had chronic calf and shoulder issues and she has successfully addressed both. I highly recommend her if you want a professional massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing!!
